A Women's Psilocybin Group

Our women’s group, Mycelia, is rooted in the wisdom of the forest’s hidden network—mycelium—the feminine, life-giving web beneath the surface that connects and nourishes all it touches. Like mycelia, we come together to honor the power of individual work held within a supportive, interwoven community. Each woman’s growth feeds the whole; each voice, a thread in the greater tapestry. In Mycelia, we remember that healing is both personal and shared, and that true transformation happens in relationship.
This recurring group offers a powerful space for 4–6 women to come together, go deep, and experience the impact of this work—both individually and as a collective. You’ll be held by two seasoned facilitators, each with over 20 years of experience working therapeutically with individuals, couples, families, and groups. They trust the process fully and are skilled at navigating whatever arises with steadiness and care.
Group work offers a powerful alternative to individual work by providing connection, shared experience, and real-time relational insight. It helps reduce isolation, fosters a sense of belonging, and allows participants to receive diverse perspectives and feedback. In the safety of a facilitated group, people can explore vulnerability, practice communication, and witness each other’s growth—all while benefiting from accountability, community, and the healing power of being seen and heard.
Melinda and Lynne will schedule a joint intake with you. If we all decide to move forward, we’ll have two group meetings to prepare for our journey day together. After the journey, there will be two group integration sessions.

"I believe all people want relief from suffering but don't always know the path to get there. Our work is a partnership, and my role is to provide safety and support thru facilitation. I tend to have a direct style that often uses humor and realness to normalize the pain of being human.
I have been an Oregon Psilocybin Facilitator since 2023 to encourage insight, look at traumas, and find a route towards healing. I am a graduate of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, CO but my work in the field of growth started 25 years ago. My background began with coaching (rowing, skiing, swimming) and as an experiential educator with Outward Bound.
After receiving a Master's degree in Counseling from Oregon State University in 1999, I have found ways to connect my experiences by providing a strong foundation and an ability to recognize how our development into adults can be impacted."
